★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 9 reviews · 9 hours · from $133

Travel from Melbourne to Ballarat in a comfortable small-group coach with an English-speaking guide. Visit the Botanical Gardens, Lake Wendouree, Sovereign Hill, and the Eureka Centre, then return for sunset or night views from the 88th-floor Melbourne Skydeck.

“Wonderful! If your are interested in history, gold rush and the early days of Victoria, this is definitely your tour. Small group, comfy bus and very nice guide. I had a great time in Ballarat. All stops were significant and meaningful, with plenty of time, and, at the same time, well planned with cafés nearby, so you could get into the activity or relax as much as you wanted. No rush in any of them, although I wish we had stayed a bit longer in Eureka centre. Skydeck, back in Melbourne, was a nice icing on the cake. Again, we could enjoy It at leisure.”
